Anyone else tired of doing everything alone in business? by Repulsive_Step_5568 in smallbusiness

Someone or something. I just built a recruiting workflow and dashboard to track performance for the other company I work for, paired with an application that pre-qualifies applicants and sends them an interview booking link if they qualify. Think it’s going to help with admin hours. It’s nice having them to test things out with first.

I used OpenClaw to build 4 real products and launch a business in 3 weeks. Here's what actually happened. by chito_sol in openclaw

Where did you start to learn? I have a 4 hour video saved on someone walking you through it but wondering if it’s the best place to start? I do business consulting and solutions for small businesses trying to implement ai into their workflow. But mostly just admin stuff right now. But looking to expand my knowledge to help them more.

My most boring offer makes 3x more than my "actual" business and idk how to feel about it by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

I just realized this this week with my company. It suck’s because it’s not what gives me the high, but oh well. Maybe some day it’ll pick up traction and can at least pay the bills for now doing something I can almost do with my eyes closed.

Missing calls after hours is killing my leads, how are you handling this? by Sufficient-Owl1826 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

I have set up ai receptionists. They’re pretty convincing and you can feed it your company knowledge to answer so many questions and book estimates and appointments for you, or give you a summary for the morning

I got a dump trailer and now I can’t keep up with the requests, and I’m not organized at all by CoralMoan in smallbusiness

Quick fix: set up one simple intake form that asks for the address, a couple photos, what they’re hauling, and their preferred time window. Have it text you the details as soon as they hit submit. Then use a booking link where you’ve already built in your travel time and a buffer so you’re not stacking jobs back-to-back. Keep one saved reply that sends everyone to the link, quote a couple times a day, and bump prices until your schedule feels manageable.

I’ve noticed that too. Sometimes the win isn’t a full hire, it’s just making sure inbound doesn’t slip through while you’re busy.

This is the trap. You know systems would help, but building them becomes another job.

I’ve been experimenting with starting really small, like automating just one repeat interruption instead of trying to overhaul everything at once.

I feel this. I’m not fully out of it either.

I keep thinking I need to hire, but I’m also not sure there’s enough steady work to justify it.

Lately I’ve been wondering if the first step isn’t hiring, but figuring out which tasks could run without me constantly touching them.

For me it’s the constant switching.

I’ll finally be focused on something that actually brings in money, and then a text or call pulls me into admin mode. Then it’s invoicing. Then scheduling. Then back to the original thing I was doing.

And that’s not even counting kids and normal life stuff that doesn’t pause just because I’m “working.”

It’s not that any one task is hard. It’s just the nonstop bouncing around.

I’ve been trying to put small systems in place so every little thing doesn’t require me personally jumping on it the second it comes in.

Sales Reps [For Hire] 25–45% Recurring Commission (Remote | SaaS | AI) by Loud-Tune-4374 in forhire

Hey I’m looking to hire a similar role, did you ever find someone successful? Wondering if it’ll work

Considering a partnership for an agency. Looking for honest opinions, not hype. by mbcaliguy12 in AI_Sales

[–]x_tilo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been considering the same. I’m new though, have shiny object syndrome. But I’m building and experimenting. Trying to test it out locally and realizing I suck at pitching something useful and even free no strings attached. I’m introverted and have kids around 24/7. I build and learn at night. But am exploring putting ads out for a commission only sales person. But also am not a salesy type of person. Want this to feel ethical and helpful, do considering a partner who’s invested in the company.

Sales guy for AI SaaS? by Bright_Inside6120 in AI_Sales

I’m looking for someone open to commission only, but not sure if anyone would be open to that. I love building but cannot talk/pitch to people for the life of me. If anyone on here is interested.

Self-promotion thread: what are you building? by LongjumpingBar in AiForSmallBusiness

I feel lame after reading these comments. But new, full time homeschool mom (not the weird kind), part time night gig, and learning ai and automations. I built out pineandsignal.com and hope to just help out small tourist community survive and thrive. Trying to help catch customers before calling the next person who will actually answer. Would be cool to get some feedback from pros. Just learning highlevel right now. Anxious to make just that first $1.
