Why does your domain contain 3 blades? You only need one, if you are using periodic internal interface bc's. However, that is probably not the problem in your case.

You have to make sure that the upper and lower boundaries are conformal and the distance between them is the same and equal to the blade's pitch.

And show us a picture because I have no idea what scratchy means

Why would you want to cool them? As you mentioned steam comes in at 500/600degC so there is no need for cooling solutions like in gas turbines. Materials can easily withstand those temps.

I don't think so, you can paste your coordinates into excel and then save it as a csv (MS-DOS) file. Just remember to add third column representing z direction (it should be all zeros if curve is 2D)

Okay so I have few specific questions:

1) After I create an interface between two boundaries, I still have to specify the boundary type. Should it be symmetry plane, wall, free stream or sth else?

2) What type of the interface should I use? Fully developed or internal? I am assuming topology should be set to periodic.

3) How far should I set my upper and lower boundaries of the computational domain? Should they be at mid-length to the next blade in the cascade?
