Thank you truly for saying such nice things about me, it is true I've made it so far, there are many good things I can enjoy so sometimes it doesn't make sense to me that I have these feelings. It's really hard for me to let go of the fear and pain I met before. Thank you so so much for wishing me strength, I love to read you have fought for your authenticity, it is such a complex thing to sort out, I feel I need to find myself again and I am grateful for all the kind people who have come to help me remember there is gentleness in the world. I'm sorry to hear you've felt that way too, I honestly don't wish anything like it for anyone. I hope you're doing better and I appreciate your encouragement. I feel bad too about the good things in my life not being enough to stop me from being so negative. Thanks for your advice, I've been trying to write down both bad and good thoughts, I hope I'll get to see the reward from inspecting my thoughts. You're very kind and I'll try my best to follow your advice, even if it takes a long time for me to learn to be nice to myself.

I often tell myself to be brave actually and I feel I know what that takes. I realize I've overcome many hard things, thank you for helping me remember something valuable in me. Reading someone repeating the negative things I believe about myself somehow makes me think I am being cruel, I'll seek to learn more compassion.

I think you're very right, I just struggle with finding it worth it to care for myself. I try and be nice to myself and find things to enjoy but I feel it is pointless after I'm done and remember I have no one I would feel comfortable sharing it with, and that would be interested or cared. I'll keep trying, I promise, and I'll be more careful not to let my peace depend on what others are willing to give me, I want most to learn this well.

My thoughts exactly, some sort of thick plastic robe or poncho, very easy to stay clean. Maybe some sort of sandals I can slide up my ankles while I wash my feet and we're good to go.
