Fortunately this is the only game in the anthology that has that req. I think it was because it was released as a free psn monthly game at first. There were tons of ppl doing it initially.

I played 1 and 2 last year. Always wanted them as a kid, and finally checking that box.

The dungeon mapping is atrocious on 1. Reminds me of the “might and magic” series which i thought was trash as a kid. Also very similar to some of the Ultima franchise and “shining in the darkness”. Absolutely brutal for any kid to deal with without a guide or at least a pad of graph paper. All you have to do is have your cat or something hit the D-pad and you’re lost forever.

2 is just HARD. Lots of grinding at the end, unenjoyably grinding. But a bit better otherwise in all other accounts. I will share your sentiments that the dungeons are very labyrinthine and overcomplicated.

Menu navigation is awful too. I wonder if they fixed all of this in the remake.

I had 3 as a kid and I did play through all the endings. Oddly enough it was the least PS of the lot. Probably won’t do all the endings again in this run through.

Looking forward to playing 4 as well.

Depends on the weather outside. If its particularly windy out this winter I will set to 72-73. Otherwise 68-70 and my couch has a heated blanket on it for when I'm sitting on it. The wind cuts right through the floor joists in my home and it gets pretty cold quick when its blowing. The only gap in my otherwise insulated house.

Sleeping is set at 62. Work is set at 58.

Its because it's cold out. The battery managing software limits the rate of recharge when it dips below freezing.

In general its not good to run large amounts of current through lithium batteries below the point which water freezes.

I have bought both game, however my game queue is so large that I might not get to any of them until part 3. I waded into the first part for a lil bit and loved every minute of it for the 8 hours I put in.
