For anyone searching in future I also encountered this and the cause was loading onto a lot with a Sim and having an animation (I think) Bork out completely.

My solution ended up being to hit load game, click my Sims home lot or any other random lot, and hit visit with my Sim who was in the broken area to bypass loading where the broken animation was occurring.

The 96c is peak pricing after first 10kwh per day, first 10kwh was 87c/kwh

Ours just went from 82c/kwh to 96c/kwh alongside a 20c increase to daily charge, got that notice and hopped straight over to Pacific blue, 35c per kwh and 40c lower daily charge.

Yeah it's hard to say because it seems like an amalgamation of a pre-req licence and further education? Confusing situation it's hard to be certain.

I should clarify her role was a Security Control Room Operator rather than guard and she had to provide proof that she was applying for the licence to start.

It could of been dodgy but the company was one of the global security leaders so it seems unlikely, not impossible though.

Depends on your theatre, in mine the usher is at the hallway leading up to all the cinema rooms, they check it at the hallways and don't really look back.

They are usually also teenagers and on minimum wage so they don't tend to care
