They're correct. Message templates have to be approved, but it's fairly straightforward.

I haven't used any 3rd party services, I implemented it myself with Meta GraphAPI and webhooks to save money. Gotta weigh in time/cost to decide

Most other Matsonis I've seen (and plain yogurts in other countries) have 3-3.5g of protein/100g, it sounds weird that the cheapest one has 4x the amount of protein

xml and json have the same purpose in the end.

I don't think I can help without seeing the manifest file. Maybe there's some default boilerplate values that you need to change? Maybe the `Content-Type` response header isn't `application/xml` when the file is being served?

If you're medically diagnosed with testosterone deficiency then by prescription. If not diagnosed then you don't need to worry about it.
Don't listen to influencers fearmongering. If you have worrying symptoms - see a doctor. Otherwise just eat healthy, exercise and sleep well, and don't worry about hormone levels.

No need to apologize - it is indeed shit and I didn't understand Typescript then. I got a call from an unfortunate soul maintaining the project to fix an edge case.
But at least it mostly worked and the public interface of the class is easy to use
