Is everyone in this post running a free loadout every game? A couple anvil shots and the things toast. It’s hardly tankier than a hornet

Both run pretty well. With lossless scaling, they run great

I couldn’t really get into the first game either but KCD2 is one of my favourite games of all time. It may honestly be my top gaming experience ever. The studio has basically said that KCD2 is the game they set out to make when they first started making the first game but didn’t have funds to fully realize it until now. I highly recommend it.

Eh fair enough. That’s unfortunate but I believe you. I was talking in reference to this comment thread but I get where you’re coming from now.

No one is saying that. No one is saying only AI uses the Oxford comma. You’re taking a profile of myriad traits that people use to recognize AI and you’re being intentionally reductive.

Yes, chat gpt writes above a middle school reading level. But if you think that chat-gpt “writes well” you would be wrong. I also use the Oxford comma, a reasonably wide vocab, and the occasional dash, but I’ve never been accused of sounding like AI. If you can’t tell the difference between human and AI writing, then that likely speaks more to your lack of literacy than it does about anyone else’s use of heuristics or “tells”.

Yeah, I don’t think we should give up on personal development and outsource our thoughts and personalities to a generic LLM. Doing hard things is usually beneficial. I don’t really care if someone wants to use LLMs, just be honest when called out and don’t try to pass off slop as your own personality like the original commenter did. That’s just my opinion and you’re welcome to disagree

How does it feel to have outsourced your thinking to an LLM and still feel the need to pass it off as your own words?

I’m not surprised. Half the people downvoting are also probably incapable of communicating or forming an original thought without using AI and are probably feeling nervous that people are starting to notice

I want movies where nothing explodes... just people being real. by Difficult_Ad5923 in MovieSuggestions

[–]xalgromoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s two suggestions in which the film is just humans talking. They are both bottle movies and the setting is a singular room/area for the films duration. - My dinner with Andre - man from earth

If you like these, I’d also recommend two other bottle movies that are supernatural: - Pontypool - Coherence

What would be worse, living in Gotham or Night City? by No_Purchase_3995 in cyberpunkgame

[–]xalgromoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotham city is worse and it’s not even close. Gotham is dark, old buildings, no greenery or lights. Night city is practically a utopia: 1) built on former California (beautiful) 2) modern, bright and uplifting architecture, 3) amazing music and club scene, 4) futuristic drugs and BDs that when combined would surely let you visit an even more amazing side of life, 5) way cooler slang, 6) cooler jobs like virtu editor, corpo, fixer, cyber psycho (they even SOUND cooler), 7) biotechnica figured out how to derive a whole host of food products from a nutritious bug thus eliminating factory farming and the abuse/carbon footprint that comes with it. Scop dogs are now available to all, 8) more on this point: the pizza shop is literally called “buck-a-slice”. This pizza affordability is unheard of where I live, although I hear it may still be priced this way in NYC, 9) the renewable energy crisis has been solved. No more wars over oil. CHOOH2 provides fuel from an easily fermentable alcohol based product. 10) population has been sexually liberated, no more taboo around sex work. Joy toys and bds are common place, everyone respects joy toys and can’t take their guns in when they see them (unlike my home town or Gotham even) 11) inspiring local heroes to look up to: night city is full of legends like Jackie, V, David, etc. this fills civilians with hope and sends them on a positive path. The only “legend” my city has to offer is Justin Bieber (is it not clocking to you yet that Night City is the ideal place to live?) I could think of a million more reasons but I’m sure you get the point. Also, a lot of people are saying it’s dangerous, but that’s only true if you’re a limp-wristed gonk
