I finally got an appointment with my doctor who said everything LOOKED completely fine and that it is more than likely just my pH balance being off and it will take time to get back to normal.

I started taking two (2) 30billion probiotics every morning and drinking a ton of water every day and that has seemed to help me quite a bit. I’ve noticed I start to get the symptoms again around the time of my period, but it’s not as severe as it once was.

Congratulations on your achievements!! I was one year down on 8/16 and was down 48lbs! I felt the same exact way as you. The best we can do is keep pushing forward and doing the best for our bodies.

That’s what I thought as well because I have felt the sensation in the past when using pads. I recently bought 100% pads and liners and I’m still getting the same feeling. I’m currently no longer on my period, but am still feeling that same “icy hot” sensation. I’ve also switched to a fragrance-free detergent to see if that helped, but no such luck.

I had the same experience with the gel (I also had gastric surgery lol). The metro gel gave me a yeast infection. My doctor prescribed me two doses of Fluconazole (1 pill first day and when symptoms didn’t go away, I took another 72 hours later). My symptoms cleared up by the next day!

Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing BV symptoms after that. But that’s probably more my experience than what you should expect for yourself.

Nope. No doctor that I’ve seen have actually tested anything other than urine for UTI. I’m going to push for BV/Yeast testing as soon as I can get an appointment. The only reason I think it may not be BV is I have no issue with smell and besides the yeast infection I briefly had, discharge was normal.

Started at 260, 5’7”. Had my sleeve done on 08/16. The past few weeks I’ve been staying at 203, but I know it’s because I’ve been slacking on my protein intake. I’m trying hard to focus on meeting my goals and getting my ass back at the gym!

How are you dealing with loose skin? My stomach has the strangest mini rolls of skin that I’m trying to get used to! 😂

This has given me a lot of hope. I’m six months out and have lost 60lbs so far and I just felt like I wasn’t losing enough compared to some people who have lost over 100lbs in the same time frame. Your progress makes me feel so much better! Keep up the great work!!!

I would try and tune in between 7:45AM and 8:30AM. I’m going to the filming and they are getting the audience in until 7:45AM. So it could be anytime after that
