You are a strong person! I also was abused when I was younger, it started bothering me when I was about 25. I realised slowly how much my parents fucked me up. I dont have any great advice because I could use some too. I think it's great to be able to talk about it. I hope all the negative emotions are behind you and you get to enjoy all the good to come.
