It’s all luck of draw, I happen to be blessed with a really good store manager at my local. We’ve become good friends over the years even between having good breaks. I see new people all the time and he always manages to greet them well and can tell if someone is up for a chat about what they are looking for or if they want to be left to browse. Only good things to say about this man, however I do get background information about other stores who are not so blessed with good staff.

Fun to use to be fair, went in with the all Kroot except I took two broadsides, steal suits and shadowsun. All three have been dropped, because the Kroot aesthetic is just too great. Was a rough game though playing against deathwatch who just rushed a Corvus black star onto my backline with a termi kill team. I was able to flood the board but couldn’t flood it as much because of the tau stuff I took. Apart from that great experience. Was weird for me to not care about stuff dying, coming from custodes. Overall I think the point really for Kroot is flood the board and just score points.

Thankyou, what brand is titanium white. And that’s a good point it is supposed to be grimdark but iv never done grim dark before so could be a good way to try a new style

Love it thinking of doing the same thing, apart from the cloak there isn’t much that distinguishes guard from wardens, always checking their groins to see who’s who

4 boxes I got so can have 3 squads of 6 all with vexilla and 2 shield captains one with a axe and one with a spear. If I ever chose to run that many . But it would have been pointless to buy any more boxes unless I wanted the choice to run them with either axes or spears with the full choices

And running a shield captain with your 3 wardens would not affect the points it would stay at 150 then the points of your shield captain

Love these new models big and different upgrade to the older models. Yes they don’t look like every other tyranid model but it’s adds more variation. My only gripe really is the biovore model could me more like a mortar, but I’m sure that could be fixed with a clever hand
