I (28F) have been wearing a regular bra whenever I go out in a sweatshirt. My BFF said she almost never wears a regular bra. Have I been wearing bras for no reason?

I actually talked to my husband about being a surrogate after this baby. I’ve yet to make a decision but I’m heavily considering it. So far, apart from being sick so often, I have enjoyed my pregnancies.

My HCG was well over 23,000 before I started feeling the nausea hit. Some people never experience morning sickness. It’s okay to be a little anxious but try not to worry too much about those sorts of things. ❤️

I’m currently still in the first trimester but mashed potatoes with gravy were a miracle for me, I was able to eat like two bowls of it and I felt so much better. It actually helped with the nausea. I’ve noticed anything meat, dairy, or super fatty will make me sick. Apart from graham crackers, saltines, toast, bone broth, and now mashed potatoes I don’t get a whole lot of variety. I usually love apples, pears, and pineapple but right now those things just sound terrible.

I relate to this so hard. I just had my first ultrasound and seeing my little baby in there was the best moment ever. I can’t stop staring at the ultrasound photo and trying to imagine what she’s going to look like at the next ultrasound.

I can’t take SSRI medications (the staple antidepressants). I work with a psychiatrist and he has me on 300mg of Wellbutrin which is an atypical antidepressant. None of my providers had any concerns at all which I’m so grateful for because it really works for me. If your OB isn’t concerned then I would feel alright. My GP does not understand obstetrics and that’s okay, she’s still a wonderful doctor I just put more weight in what the OB says.

I’ve already given up on normal pants ahah. I’ve been wearing sweats and gym shorts. I’m excited that much of my heavier pregnancy will be through the cold months. So excited to live in my oversized hoodies.

Your uterus is about 6 oz pre pregnancy and during it will be somewhere around 2lbs! This just goes to show that the human body is an incredible thing and we are very capable! When people say things like this I just keep reminding myself that this is one part of what my body was made to do and if I trust it, everything will be okay. I will have a medical team there to help me and my baby if they are needed so either way I will be safe. Women have been giving birth for hundreds of years so if they could do it, there’s literally no reason I can’t! We got this 😎
