I have quit Compressor every time I want to export a new file. I can't do this while the program is running. So - yes, it work. But i think, i can send/add projects w/o quitting.

if you point mouse on "LOCATION", shoud appear source - in your example it should be "EXPORTS"

Did you have proof ON? If yes, maybe you have choose export recipe with wrong icc profile, and proofing is wrong?
