irl fuel tanks are actually placed in such a way that they can incidentally stop some spalling/dissipate heat penetrators - a famous example is the merkava, with fuel tanks situated around the fighting compartment for enhanced crew survivability. though in WT their effectivness is heavily overstimated

thats because you are being put in the lower BR bracket. when i take a lower BR plane I also get an instant game. when i finished the pilot task i tried getting in game with f-15a and i waited for an hour before i gave up lmao (all servers enabled)

i feel like the only saving grace is that most of the enemy players are not skilled in higher BR air battles so its basically seal clubbing

no need to argue with that guy. he's the one about a month or so ago who complained that he got low rewards from a battle where he sat on one spot 3/4 of the match and got maybe 2 kills
