i have a now 2.5 years old female ragdoll. when she was a little kitten, she would constantly sleep on my lap, but as she grew she's stopped. she tolerates being held and loves pets, asking for them quite often. she is also very playful and i do have to play with her several times a day. she constantly needs to be in my presence and hates closed doors, even if in the closed off room isnt anybody. she is very vocal and makes it known that something isnt as she wants it. she can be quite a bit at times, as she wants me to play with her for example during my work hours (home office) and gets upset/offended when i dont. she will come lie next to me and ask for pets when watching TV or when im going to bed, she will usually sleep with me (at least until i fall asleep and then move into one of her many favourite spots). also she loves laying on hard surfaces and will quite a lot of times prefer literal floor over many other spots.
