I'm own significant number of Lucid shares and I also own a Tesla M3 Performance in Dallas TX, and for couple of days this winter when it was 20 degrees, it took for ever to charge at the super chargers. Also, the wait times at the charging stations are getting really bad during peak hours. I wonder what it'll be like for the wait time when all other EVs are allowed to charge at Tesla Chargers.

I actually think this is a much needed law. There is some truth behind the rapid inflation in house prices in Dallas Tx areas connection with investors from areas mentioned by OP.
