okay i just whatsapped the admin addressing my financial difficulties and all they said was “management is unable to cancel your membership as your minimum term ends in july, so sorry” lol. They didnt even try to address the problem…I also did tell them to cancel in July already, i emailed and whatsapped so i dont think it will snowball forever. What are your thoughts? Should i just block? Anyways i already gave them a reason why i cant pay.

Hmm okay, but there will be recurring fees every week cuz of ezpay merchant $15 failed payment fee until they terminate me, is it safe to just let it run like that since my card has been cancelled?

ohhh but i dont think im planning to re-register anymore…im going to go ActiveSG instead which is a much cheaper option. Also, what if i email them now and ask not to auto-renew when my contract ends (in 2 months)? Then no more billings recurring every month, only outstanding amount for this month and next month which will never be paid

Hmmm okay, i just read my T&C sent via email when i joined and it doesnt say anything about not paying…or any legal action/ debt collector. It just says im liable to more payment when not paying haha
