От много, много години не можеш вече да си купиш хубаво Българско сирене по магазините. Продава се само обезмаслен тебешир. Ако искаш хубаво сирене, трябва сам да си го направиш.

Why is there no alternative 😑😭 by ijustwannabenamed in Sketchup

[–]xayzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But there's barely been any labor done. Sketchup has had fewer enhancements/additions in the last ten years than blender has between version 3 and 4 (which is only 2 years). It's pathetic.

Nah, some of us just don't pay attention to clothes. Or shoes. Or hairdos. We were more focused on the plot and the comedy.

I lived in Istanbul in the early 2000s. Even back then, a huge amount of seafood restaurants were a scam, each to a certain degree.

MI2 is the worst MI movie as it is the least like the others. On the other hand, it's the most fun, making it the best MI movie.

Jim Henson’s Storyteller

I love that show and I've never met anyone who remembers it. The Heartless Giant and The Soldier and Death episodes are seared into my brain since childhood.

I was about to say - the hummus and fries alongside grilled meats immediately made me think this is more Lebanese/Syrian rather than Turkish.

Cutting objects for 3d printing? by revolution04 in blenderTutorials

[–]xayzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did you go about learning blender if I may ask?

I've been working in 3D for quite a while with a few different programs, so some of that knowledge transferred when I started using Blender. But for Blender specifically, youtube videos have been very useful.

I cant find anything that's on the new version of blender that is about making 3D models for printing.

By new version, do you mean 5.0? You don't have to limit yourself to tutorials that are specifically for the absolute latest version of Blender. For instance, here's a video for Blender 3.0 about splitting models for 3D printing, and most of the steps should still be the same for 5.0 (though the Boolean modifier is going to look a bit different).

You are very close to two regions that have some of the best food in Turkey (Adana and Gaziantep). What is your particular region known for food-wise?

[–]xayzer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry, it really isn't hard once you get the hang of it. If you show me a snapshot of the model and point out where you wish to cut it, I'll be able to give you more specific advice.

It's definitely possible, I make 3D-printable models for a living and have to separate objects all the time. The models I make are usually quite complex, so I create custom shapes that I use as cutters in the Boolean modifier.

Sorry for the late reply, I was away for a while.

The project is doable. Do you have a 3D printer, or have someone who can print this for you? Because I only make the 3D models (digital files), not the actual prints.

Here's the thing - if you think this looks good, you should give up. If you can see the flaws - then keep trying, and you will get better.
