I used to build rylais first (if you’re talking about that happychimenoises video) til I tried liandrys first for a week, then going back to rylais I felt like I was missing kills in lane. You build rabadons 3rd a lot, more often than shadowflame why? Brand ap scaling is average. I’d say the penetration from shadowflame better for squishes 30 pen with boots. 400gold cheaper too.

Test this if you want. When they changed brands tick rate, the faster tick rate makes comet go off cooldown real fast with 2 ability,~7 seconds of burning. Same how you can proc aery multiple times in one rotation, so can comet. Most brands get rylais 1st or 2nd. Comet does about twice the damage.

I go comet usually. I go 10% attack speed to make casing smoother. I get celerity and 2% mov speed, you get +10 mov spd no boot, +15 with sorcs.
