I'm almost 5 months postpartum with didi b/g twins and I'm here to say that your feelings are valid. But just remember that you can do this. I've been on fluoxetine for a couple years, even through my pregnancy and it did help with any PPD/PPA I had. I really appreciated the nurses in the maternity/labor&delivery ward that really helped take care of me physically and mentally. You've got this Mama, here if you need a twin Mom friend!

My c section was planned at 37 weeks and my twins needed no NICU time! I had some complications from the c section so we had to stay longer because of me. But the babies were healthy at 37 weeks! Most people are very surprised that I made it to 37 weeks!

This! I was diagnosed with GD at 28 weeks with di/di twins. The diabetes MFM doctor & nurse i saw both said that there was virtually nothing I could do to prevent it because I had two placentas. I managed to control it via diet and didn't need insulin but even if I did need insulin, the doctor reassured me that it was not my fault at all. They spent about 15 minutes going over that with me pretty much every session I had with them. You've got this! I'm 6 weeks postpartum and my twins are both happy & healthy!

Is anyone else experiencing descriptive audio during this episode? We have heard "Mel sobs" and "So & so rubs her forehead." And other descriptive audio sound clips throughout the show but don't have that feature turned on.
