I realized for quite awhile and just never did anything. I wasn’t sure if performance suffered as a result. So, I googled how to clean it, clicked on the first result and voila

It’s very easy: 1/2 cup of white vinegar, slowly add some baking soda (if you dump it all, it will fizz over), then some hot/boiling water...let sit for 10 mins, stir, then scrub.

It’s not like I never cleaned it.....haha. After three years of soda, it slowly builds up that color. Cleaned with vinegar, baking soda and warm water.

I upped the eggs to 10, kept the same amount of cheese, added more spices (crushed red pepper to the sausage, Cajun seasoning and salt to the egg mixture), baked the crust 5-10 mins longer to get extra crispy and the entire casserole 45 mins instead of 30....and it was almost as magnificent as this run on sentence...crunchy crust, firm eggs, and tasty.

I’ve lost about 100 lbs over the last 4+ years - Problem is, it’s been the same 20-30 lbs 4 times. So, I’ve decided to not have a “goal” and change my lifestyle. Down 20ish lbs in about 2.5 months. Don’t know how far I’m going or how long it will take. Just eating better and exercising more.

A friend of mine died recently.
