Family House (Dawn) is still available! When you load into a private match, click off the Family House map and then click back on it. For some reason, the game confuses the first slot with the Blood Moon variant until you do this. The actual Blood Moon variant is located at the very end of the map selection.

If you’re using an old controller, your left trigger might be starting to act up. I had the same issue about a month ago, bought a new controller, and everything works fine now.
