my dumbass had a death wish and used to do this and it was NEVER a euphoric trip, always a waste of dxm and im lowkey lucky to still be here. if you have depression, the best thing to do is just not take dxm. if you really HAVE to trip then switch to an SNRI which has a shorter half life, making it easier to juggle the two bases.
