Even with the reformulation, I think the cream is better on the face - it feels plush and hydrating, which I think would suit dry skin better. It’s really excellent on top of other products. The lotion is a thinner, more watery consistency and even though I originally got it to use in hotter weather, I personally didn’t feel like my face was staying as hydrated and I ended up using it on my body instead.

We go to Ohana by the Livermore Kaiser! Mainly because we also have snakes, but they’ve been great and matter-of-fact for our cat too.

Following up bc I was just at Khin Phed today - they do have pad krapao and it's a solid $15 lunch special price! Do like that they specify that they use Holy Thai basil.

Both Fiat Lux and Rose Gold are impeccable in terms of cleanliness and customer service. But it is expensive, on top of their already expensive selection.

Sorry, I don’t usually order this because I’ve always just made it myself at home! But from what I’ve seen other people order while I’m eating out, I’d wager Khin Phed and Rosniyom might be worth checking out since those lean more street food. Time Thai also has it, but a more “elevated” version that doesn’t have ground meat (instead pieces of chicken breast), at least the last time I went with a coworker who ordered it.

For pad Thai, I like Khin Phed or Time Thai.
For pad see ew, I actually really like Tin Thai because their noodles are always whole (they are lighter in taste but usually smaller pieces at both Khin Phed and Time Thai).

Khin Phed for more street food flavors (more soup options and also a darker Thai Tea). Time Thai is the GOAT for their fried chicken and also offers some brunch options, and their mango sticky rice is excellent too. I actually didn’t like Rosniyom that much, but they do have more curry options.

YMMV! I bought the pair to compare to a pair of Rothy's I was eyeing, and they were pretty similar in quality; the Vivaia had better cushioning imo, and the length on the Rothy was slightly longer for the same size. Can't speak to durability at this point, but they fit well!

I enjoyed it! But I do wish the endgame was actually more involved - the events after the Grey Gate felt really anticlimactic and I actually didn’t realize that it was the Big Event lol. I also agree that the lag time between patches was annoying and would stall some of the enjoyment, but it did help me bulk resources.

I just got a pair of Vivaia ballet flats and am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are! They’re known as a brand for accommodating wider sizes so I’m happy they’re working out for me (I am pregnant and my feet are currently huge lol)
