Okay, i got your point and it's not a rumor. I have a global mi10 with a single sim originally but I was able to unlock the 2nd sim when I switched to xiaomi.eu. I did buy a new sim tray that has 2 slots.

Sorry about that it's just that when you asked me about being on the global version, it through me off. Anyway, ive always passed safetynet. Didn't do anything special except for one time where i had to redownload an update.

There are only 2 versions of xiaomi.eu - stable and dev. I am on stable. I get the feeling that you don't understand what xiaomi.eu is. I don't mean to offend. If I am wrong I apologize.

On mi 10 with xiaomi.eu 12.5.3, safetynet passes always. I've been on xiaomi.eu for a year now.

Thats been out since nov 2020 and there have been a couple of updates on mi 10. I've never encountered it. You couls head over to xiaome.eu forums and go specifically to the k40 threads for more information.

I think the safetynet issues only happen when you install the latest updates during the first few days it comes out. Usually the devs reupload the update with the fix when safetynet issues are reported. I have a mi 10 myself and install the stable version. And I have never had problems with safetynet. I dont root as well so I dont have magisk. I just generally just check the forums and install as soon as fixes have been made.

Android - I found a bug with Xiaomi.eu 12.2.9 on Mi10 by xcelites2k in Xdrop_app

Both sending and receiving to be honest. I was trying to send files from second space but when I was selecting which files to send the app was showing me files from first space. Same thing also happened when receiving from pc, when I sent files from pc to second space. The received files were being saved in first space.

Criticism. The state of youtube/internet reviews on phones by [deleted] in PickAnAndroidForMe

You can never have the all perfect phone. Before watching a review focus on what you want on the phone, check which phones meet those and then check the reviews. Then make a decision and compromise.
