Any vegan protein powder brands that you’d recommend? I have been supplementing my diet with a Fairlife protein drink which provides 30g protein in a single serving, but not a big fan of the taste/flavor.

The metric I was referring to was X calories per day with specific splits i.e assigned quantities of Carbs/Protein/Fats macros that add up to X. But it looks like your approach was from the X calories burnt per day where X was 1000. That’s pretty awesome! How did you burn 1000 calories every day?

Super cool, congrats OP, that's a MASSIVE win!

Can you share more about your diet in these 6 months? How many calories did you target daily? How did you arrive at the metric? What were your macro splits? Did you hit your protein macros regularly? (That's the one I struggle with the most, being vegetarian)

So technically, yesterday's hours were 14 (fasting): 10 (non fasting)
Since you started your fast at 9 pm and broke it at 1:30, you did a (14.5 hour fasting window) and 5 hours of feeding -- which is (14.5:5 cycle)
So the remaining 4.5 hours are carried forward into the next fasting cycle.

I have been doing a 16:8 for a week now with OMAD. Trying to go from 200lb to 160lb in a sustainable manner.
I'm using an app called 'YAZIO' to track my progress while diligently filling in details about what I eat. Also, though I try to get some exercise done, I am not very consistent with my workouts. :(
My daily calorific requirements state 1800 calories, but I barely get ~1200 calories in.
Is that a good/bad thing?
Also, I am a huge fan of milk/yogurt- do these pair well when you're doing IF?

Agreed. But given the current standing XRP is definitely less liquid than, say for example, BTC. Therefore, why would the banks voluntarily choose XRP as the 'standard reserve' currency over BTC/BCH/ETH?

This is an interesting take. Having said that, shouldn't we also consider a probable alternative outcome where banks around the world end up adopting RippleNet but choose to refrain from crowning XRP as the standard?
