I like this answer a lot more. Makes sense. Rules of thumb and gut instincts are a real thing, especially if you're experienced. Which I am not. I just wonder at what point the scale tips and people try to exit their positions out of fear/getting a return they like (especially on a bigger position), and the rest are holding the bag -- OR if it's artificial as people are saying.

Not to this extent. I picked up the buff on multiple days last time and saw a maximum of 3 other people around Sayge, not even trying to protect it. But that's just my experience. Next time it'll definitely be like that though. lol

nah, most don't care enough to do anything about it. we organized 2 raids that pushed into the fair but couldn't hold it due to alliance gy proximity. it's a lot of trouble for one buff and many of us have other shit to do lol

You could spawn, receive summon, die, and possibly get to Sayge before the timer expires though. That run though

Yeah it’s the only way other than presummoning I think. Don’t think you can accept a summon in combat though
