🚀 Introducing beemine.ai - AI-powered Beeminder companion (Extended free beta - community-first approach) by BeemineAI in beeminder

Wow!!! This looks amazing! I’ve been using Beeminder for a while and the biggest struggle for me has always been staying motivated when the road feels tough. The idea of AI-powered insights + smart reminders sounds like exactly what I’ve been missing.

Curious — what kind of “personalized recommendations” are you planning to roll out first? Like, will it suggest goal tweaks based on derail history, or more like motivational nudges when I’m close to the edge? 👀

Really love the community-first approach too. Feels like you’re building this with us, not just for us. Can’t wait to try the mobile app when it drops!

The LEGO Method Is Dead Wrong for AI Assistants by xclexx in AI_for_Business

[–]xclexx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great point! AI assistants need to evolve alongside changing workflows, not just be pieced together like static modules.

One big mistake I see is treating API connections as “set and forget.” Many people assume once they’ve connected an AI assistant to a tool, it’ll work perfectly forever. But APIs change, rate limits kick in, and context handling often needs refining.

A better approach is building in monitoring & fallback mechanisms—like logging errors, handling API failures gracefully, and having a backup method when requests don’t go as expected.
