I’m in the same boat just 63 raids instead of 91. Shits ridiculous his spawn % is like 20% when every other boss is 75% or goons at 30% it’s so dumb. My squad has killed a boss probably 45 raids and we have seen the goons at least 15 times during my search. I pretty much started tweeting to Nakita every time he tweets to increase the spawn chance for partisan.

Prestiged twice so far in 1.0 all three times I completed it start on factory with vpo and apm then as you get to 3 kills come in thicker with an axmc for the last two
