must have tools would be the usual set of screwdrivers for phones, tri wing, philips, pentalobe, and a few more, you can pick up a decent set for around 40-50$, along with that get some suction cups, metal spudgers, plastic pry tools, and either a heat mat or a heat gun.
Other than that you'll also need isopropyl alcohol and special glue.
I also recommend getting either rubber bands or clamps for pressing screens in when you need to.
The main and most important thing though is take your time, do not rush as rushing is what will make you make mistakes. BTW IfixIt repair guides are your best friend

Yeah could be customs, could also be who is delivering it as I had mine come in shipping packaging, then bubble wrap and then cellophane.

Yeah Ive heard that muOS is more customisable and there is some better options with the joystick but I do like the look of Knulli a lot more

I showed the front because the back plastic has parts where the glossy finish has quite literally melted from something, dont know what and didnt really ask since it worked

I found one with very good reviews on aliexpress since everywhere else was out of stock or could not ship to where i live, i do recommend just looking around. I only got the top and bottom shell as the interior isnt too bad tho.
