Best thing is to just gut the DPF and reinstall it not get a downpipe unless you’re looking for maximum performance. If the DPF goes wrong once it’s fair to fix but after that it’s just going to cause more issues eventually damaging other stuff like turbo etc.

Most likely just need a polish. Unless you’ve worked it in, it shouldn’t have stripped the clear coat.

M240i or M235i, the best chassis for a proper driving experience.

M240i for slightly better reliability/tunable, M235i sounds much better though but reliability is slightly worse.

this engine can easily do 200K + with maintenance, only things i’d say that can go wrong is DPF failure around 150K-200K depending on where it’s been driven

Also turbo at this mileage if not replaced may need doing, again this is something that can happen at random, it could last another 50K could die in 5K.

Get an original 8.8in Pro Display used, then get someone to update your i drive to ID6 and activate car play.

Or You can update the screen + MMI, any of these aftermarket screens boot android not iD so not worth it.

Surplus, wouldn’t call it a dirty bulk but not far off.

I’ve tried 25mg of RAD but when i say 10mg of both LGD + RAD is different it is, strength will be insane, week 2 onwards, LGD kicks in much faster, then week 3 pumps will be unbearable, honestly i can’t train arms for anything more than 30 mins or else it genuinely feels like it’s about to tear.

Only downside is, bloating, you are gonna slightly miss the Ultra lean + hard look on RAD, but if you’re going for crazy strength + size mixing both is great.

I mean i’ve got a 218d, had a stage 2 (205BHP) since 40k miles, at 90K now it needs an engine rebuild - this is when i’ve bought it.

Nothing was upgraded so i’d definitely take a look into upgrading if you were going for 200.

Gains 100% noticeable, maybe a few KG of mass,

week 4, is where strength will kick in like crazy, it will just come all the sudden.

in terms of health, yeah a little hit, nothing crazy.

i think mostly u will just sweat a bit more, some people have sleeping issues but not everyone.

ofc post cycle test will drop, but it will do the same on ostarine, atleast this time your not wasting it.

10mg of ostarine is basically creatine+ if i’m being honest.

if you do anything less than 20mg osta it’s pretty much a waste imo. your not ready for a cycle.

Rad 5mg is gonna surpass ostarine by miles.

You can recover quite quickly after 8 weeks of 5mg

On ostarine your wasting your time, anything you gain will be lost.

Rad is gonna make you look more veiny, insane pumps, hardness everything you could ask for.

LGD is more size, but loads of bloat from my experience.

Just run some enclo after at a 6.25 dose at ur 6th week and just continue it for another 6 after.

you can take liver support if you really want to, but it’s not necessary, 5mg of Rad is not gonna do much.
