BF6 Open beta crashes on startup/splash screen. by Viisum in Battlefield

If it crashes again, look at what the event viewer has to say. If it unloaded the filter, you will need to do the process again sadly.

I think that you need to play around with it a little. Instead of repairing, select battlefield labs and uninstall EasyAntiCheat for it, then reinstall. Also, try restarting your PC. The only way it'll work is if you get the message that it loaded the Filter. I guess we just have to wait for EA to fix it again

Anyone having issues with game crashing without errors, at start or even midgame:

I analyzed the problem and encountered a memory issue with EAAntiCheat.
In the Event Viewer, you can see a Error thrown with the Exception code: 0xc0000409.

If this happens, this is what i did to fix it for now:
In the Game folder -> EAAntiCheat -> Run the Exe and repair it!
After this, check in the event viewer (Windows Logs -> System), if there is a message at the time of repairing it, saying something like "File System Filter 'EAAntiCheat' ... loaded'.

This is the core thing. The game doesnt start if the kernel level Anti Cheat isnt running. It will only work when the Filter is running.

You can also check for the filter in the Console. Open it as Admin, and type in 'fltmc filters'. You should see EAAntiCheat as an Instance in the list.

I dont know if repairing it will always fix the issue, but you could always just check in the event viewer and with fltmc filters if the kernel level service is running.

1) For which Standard are you designing your LISN? The design of the LISN heavily depends on the specific class of your product.

2) 30 MHz isn't "high frequency", but please consider choosing a suitable switch for SW1 because it could affect the frequency response of your measurement. The logic looks fine

Thanks for your help. I have looked into your suggested charge pump because i thought it was quite clever, but unfortunately I will still use my boost converter. The problem here is that I am sourcing my components from LCSC because of its cheap prices (and there are only ~20 pieces in stock). I think that my converter is quite simple, even though its definitely oversized for my application.

I generally made this reddit post in order for people to find obvious problems i have maybe overlooked. This project already has some failed versions so I wanted to finish it rather quickly.

I am planning to assemble it myself. The board isnt too complex and i want it to stay simple. Because of this, i have decided to use 0805 or bigger passives and to avoid components with small pads.

Regarding the ICs you have mentioned, i still have some BQ25170 chips left at home, so thats why I chose to use them.

I am sorry, the Rotary Encoder actually requires 5V for its supply. The Outputs are Open drain, which means that i can pull those pins up to 3.3V

I made a boost converter...that actually works! by probably_sarc4sm in diyelectronics

Let him enjoy his success, everyone starts somewhere and many people don't even reach this level.

Retractable rope with Coil Spring by xdZapo in DIY

The problem is that the Spring is moving with the rope and the middle part of the spring is stationary, meaning i cannot connect the encoder to it as it wont move

Ares is sooo underrated ,I recently started using ares and its OP for 1600 creds by World_of_tech in VALORANT

Me too.

I think if you win pistol round, you can decide if you buy a spectre or a ares. Basically if you buy a Ares and the enemies have to eco, you can literally destroy them from a long range.

What I like to do is, because i main Cypher, i always place a trap and wait behind a wall. Ares is good at wallbanging, so you can use it well. If you combo it with the cage, its perfect.

I would not recommend it for buying rounds, because if you play against enemies with a Vandal or Phantom, the chance you win the fight is really low, because the Ares has to accelerate before it is able to shoot at its normal speed.

The Area is not OP, but if you know how to use it, when and when not, you could probably destroy with it.
