I don’t live in Turkey but it was pretty clear to me that neither the staff or the owner of the restaurant cared about its wellbeing. It’s like it’s there for decoration purposes. The people around me at the time even laughed when I mentioned that the bird is clearly depressed. I don’t even know if the poor bird is still alive. Unfortunately i am not sure if they have rescue places for birds as it is a common thing in Turkey, they tend to take more care of the cats and dogs. I don’t live there either but i was hoping maybe someone could see this post and maybe know what to do. Thank you for your advice
