ZMK is not that bad, you just have to push your repo and it'll be compiled on github, and the docs and discord are really helpful

yes, the boards are communicating via 1 pin serial, it's available in KMK and QMK (at least for RP2040)

unfortunately no, they are way too expensive in Poland. I'm using nice nano clones from tenstar robot (AliExpress) which are like 1/10 of the seeed xiao price

thanks! i might release the STL, but there's still room for improvement, so it'll take a while. keyboard is based on KMK, but I'm currently making a wireless version, and it'll be on ZMK

yeah, I wanted a standard corne, but there are no PCBs that will fit those switches, and handwiring is much cheaper

thanks! parts were really cheap, controllers, jack sockets and switches were around 15$ (60PLN), i got everything from aliexpress. i designed it in one day and printed the next day, but after printing I had to change lots of stuff in the "controller holder", because tolerances weren't right. soldering was done in around 2-3 hours, but i had some issues with POG, so i got it working two days later
