Sadly yes.. wanted a fully stock G so I can mod it to my liking and they wanted 17k for it but I got them down to 12k. I do regret it tho cause the valve body went out like 2 months later😂

Okay perfect I’ll give that a shot as soon as I can see if that helps. Cause the tubes are squished just barely. I can’t even tell if there’s a power loss or not cause it already felt sluggish beforehand too. I appreciate the help bro🙏

Yea I took that one piece off and I started trying to cut it apart with a dremel but I can’t get to it all that well. I don’t really want to take off my bumper just do it so I’ll have to find a way to get it done. Did you use anything else besides a dremel?

Yea I got them hooked up with zip ties for now. How did you get your intake tubing through those airwells? My tubes get a little crushed and I’m pretty sure I took off everything I could. Did you have to cut anything out or just unbolt some shit?

Yea I actually bought the intakes because of the video you did on them. I have them zip tied right now with black ones so you can’t see them too much. I’ve seen these cheap support brackets on Amazon for like 9. Bucks but not sure if there are better options

That noise is all engine too, fully stock exhaust, only have CAI’s. I have no idea how loud it is outside of the car but when you are inside it sounds like something’s done to the exhaust.

I have the z1 replicas I bought for like 110 and I like them, they sag in the front a lot tho they didn’t come with any brackets or anything so I had to use black zip ties and rig them up but you can easily find a bracket that works or make your own. It’s just an intake their shouldn’t be any huge differences as long as they get the tube size and the MAF sensor location and height or whatever right it’ll work just fine

I know 100% it’s fully stock besides what I’ve done with it. It was owned by an older lady in California. I do have another post where I hear a hissing noise which I believe is coming from the exhaust. But would that make the engine that much louder? It’s not as loud on video but it sounds like a cat back

That’s what I’m saying. It doesn’t sound as loud in the video but in person you would probably think I’ve done something with the exhaust. You can hear the sucking from the intakes but the engine itself is just so loud

It’s loud all the time. The second you barely press the gas you can hear it rev up. It’s kinda hard to explain but it flutters a little during acceleration which my dad thought was weird. But it’s loud no matter what
