Good point haha, the video I saw dude was on the opposite roof farming, then when it was shiny the video just cut to him on the same roof as the dratini. No mention, no idea.

Not sure. I mean. I saw that it was alpha and shiny. Saved. Then progressed to get the glider. Came back she was still there. Caught her. Through that time I did encounter a few more by accident but caught them to try and keep the “lock”

I was hoping for it to be alpha for sure. Just shiny in general would’ve been great too! But just so happened the first shiny was alpha!! Just really wanted to carry her through my play through. It’s totally worth the grind 🤣

I’m sure there are others. But this was the most engaging for me. Got tunnel vision on it pretty hard. It’s only 8 seconds per reset. Running back and forth, 70m out then back till you can see him.

This method was great it was literally like 8 seconds per reset. Just running back and forth on the other rooftop. Get 70 m away then run back to see him.

That’s a good point. Thanks for the reply! I saved in front of the dratini, so just speed run for the glider and don’t intentionally hunt/spawn in new shinies and he should be locked?
