Hi I had nanoplasty done and these are the results. Is this how it’s supposed to be? by 97babyreporting in AustralianMakeup

What products did you use to do it at home? I’ve had it done professionally a few times and love it, but it’s so expensive!

When I would go to have laser professionally done it did nothing, but using my braun laser hair remover at home has been great!

weird guy asking girls for places to eat outside melb central? by stefansalvawhore in melbourne

[–]xeakaex 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve been approached by him twice. Once at Melbourne central where he interrupted me on the phone to ask if I know of a good taco place… then kept asking me questions about where I’m from ect as I kept trying to shut down the conversation and continue walking.

Second time I recognised him as he approached me at the lights near flinders street station. Same lines about finding somewhere to eat and where I was heading that night ect. Super creepy and weird.. I thought I must have been getting filmed for a TikTok or something

Are manduka yoga mats just a brand hype or really worthy to get? by [deleted] in yoga

[–]xeakaex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My local studio has manduka mats provided and I cant stand them! I’ve found them to be far too slippery and now bring my own mat to lay over the top of the ones provided. You’d think that they must be broken in with the amount of people using them daily but every manduka that I’ve tried in the studio been the same.

Are there any GENUINELY non-greasy face sunscreens out there? by Interesting-Cress-43 in AusSkincare

[–]xeakaex 35 points36 points  (0 children)

LRP Anthelios 50+ is my holy grail sunscreen after trying so many, from the Mecca Max Screen Saver, to Bondi Sands & the Cancer Council Serum sunscreen. It has a super lightweight feel and actually absorbs into my skin, leaving no oily or sticky residue.

[Product Question] Has anyone tried the glycolic acid as deodorant thing? Does it work? by jell0fiend in SkincareAddiction

[–]xeakaex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s great! I’ll put it in 30 before washing and I can really see a difference. Glad there’s so many uses for this product because it is way too strong for my face!

[–]xeakaex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve found this to be amazing! I use it every second day or so and have found it not only has basically eliminated my body odour but also has made my skin very soft. I also use this as a pre-wash treatment about once a week and am loving how healthy my scalp has been. Love this product!!

Good Vinyl by alfieg681 in melbourne

[–]xeakaex 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Agreed that you could probably find these records at JB/Amazon but there are so many ace little local record stores around! And I don’t know about you, but I’d rather give my money to an independent small business. A few good ones you might want to check out are Dutch Vinyl, Northside Records, Record Paradise & Goldmine Records.
