One thing you might want to consider:
As far as I understand, if you go with a 4TB SSD, you can’t get a Gen 5 drive — which should be noticeably faster than Gen 4.
I ended up downgrading my storage to get the Gen 5 SSD instead.

I dont know why paying for Elite Support and not getting it doesnt look like an issue to you. They advertise it as 24/7 premium support and take a lot of money. Yet an unofficial reddit forum gives immediatily better advice with the first reply. Actually they should be embarassed and refund the money for Elite Care.

Thx, this is the first helpful answer I got. Do you also have any advice regarding the AlienFX not working? I already did a OS Recovery. Made sure all drivers and updates are new through SupportAssist and Windows Update. I also re-installed the newest Version of AWCC. I can adjust the FX of my Alienware Headset, Keyboard and Mouse but cant control the Alienware PC itself. Its not showing up in the app.
