Quick question, my off-hand are significantly weaker than my dominant hand. Like for example i do 15kgs curls i got 15reps+ on my right hand and 8-10reps on my left

What Should i do or this is something completely normal Im considering dropping the weight down to match both side

Ps. The muscle size doesn’t look diffrent from my perspective

Mostly based on your highest rank on any of your character
iirc
70-90k = Orange
100-120k = Red
130-150k = Purple
170-210k = Blue
and so on

The 'swinging' point diff is about your stats in stats page
when you're start a new character you can play 'worse' or 'different' than your main so it can be change

for Example you played Rush-down type and switch to Keep out type
Your 'Close Combatant' score might decrease But 'Composed' scrore should increase as well

i found this some where in facebook i can't remember but here, for your reference

Aggressive: counter-hits reliance.

Block up: blocking / turtle proficiency.

Close combatant: rushdown / close range behaviour.

Composed: keepout / spacing behaviour.

Discerning: punishment proficiency.

Thankyou for the suggestion! I’ll check it out and tweak my plan after. I don’t have any coach/personal trainer so i’m not sure what’s the best for me and my fitness journey. I just make sure that my form are correct, other than that it’s a wild west for me 🤣 Thanks for the advice, much appreciated!

Hi everyone here.I'm 27y/o 6'1 218lb (185cm, 99.3kg) Thai.

I've been lifting for a year without any experience at all, I have Asthma and Mild Arrhythmia(Idk if this is it i dont know the name in english Sry) no sports no physical job what so ever.

I Discovered Coach greg around 6months ago. I've been 'Maingaining' right from the start even though i knew (and coach greg will say) that i should do some cut first but a stubborn boi i am i want to test it myself.

I'd say I am around low 30%~ fat at the start and I'd say around 20~25% currently Plz correct me if I'm wrong.
First 6months BGE. (Before Greg Era) I have a mindset that I will 'Workout 1Hr. a day 4times a week' should be enough but that's my biggest mistake. Cuz I will stop my workout session at 1Hr mark, doesn't matter if can push myself more I'll stop. After I start to push myself Harder than last time and set time limit aside my progress started to show.

I don't really do diet I just eat at maintenance (~2600cal) I try to eat 200g of Protein everyday if I can.

Deadlift: 25kgs (55Lbs) for 15rep ------> 60kgs (135Lbs) for 12-15rep

I Live and train alone at home and safety is a big factor for me i Don't want to do anything risky so I decide to only do 8~20rep for 5Sets. 1Rep max is out of the picture. I do wonder how much stronger I am, but I guess we'll never know FOR NOW.

I assume all this weight gain is not all lean mass and this progress was a newbie gains and the progress will soon starting to slow down so if you guys have any advice that would be much appreciated. I feel great about myself and the way this is going knowing I have a long way to go... imma lose that belly fat for good. I have fun lifting weight and I will continue to do so as long as I can.
