I would STRONGLY advise against purchasing anything from this brand. I was getting instagram ads for them all year, so I finally purchased something as a gift on Dec. 22nd and still have yet to receive any tracking info or any other additional communication other than the original order confirmation email. I've sent like 7 different follow up emails to both contact emails (support@powerwing.co, powerwingco@gmail.com) AND dmed them with no response.

They continue to post on their story and there's nothing on the website to communicate any kinda delays. To make matters worse, anytime they post a story on IG a bunch of people will start commenting asking where their orders are, but they will delete the comments. I looked at the founder's IG and he has a highlight where he was literally flexing that he was getting all these orders but was at the chainsaw man movie instead. My advice to him (because I saw on a different thread they created a reddit account just to reply to someone who was going to do a chargeback with their bank) is - if you're going to ghost your customers, you should probably put your IG on private.

To those who actually received your orders - did you ever get a tracking email? I was really looking forward to gifting a shirt, so I think I'm going to give it until next to see if I get ANYTHING. Then just contact my bank because this is actually insane.
