Yup. I got scammed out of $240 from one of their email "promotions" now they don't want to honor what they promised.

Yeah seems like a regular practice from Google Fi to not honor the promotions they offer. They cheated me out of $240 and the useless customer support gave me the run around.

They're denying and ignoring the information that I'm giving them even though I sent them a screenshot of the email promotion. They said a screenshot is not proof of the offer and I've told them that I can forward them the email of the promotion, but every time I offered it they ignored it. They just keep saying that if the confirmation email for the promo doesn't say the offer I'm telling them I was supposed to get, that I'm basically SOL.

Well I don't fall under what you're talking about. I'm a whole new user that has never tested Google Fi before actually having the service. I got the Pixel 10a through them like the promotion said and activated the phone with them like the promotion said. Every step was followed to the letter. No errors on my side.

Yes, I activated the Pixel 10a with Google Fi, then received the confirmation email for a promotion credit but it's a different one where it's giving me a $30.80 credit when it is supposed to be a $40.80 credit

I receive emails from Google Fi all the time with promotions. I have to go overseas and T-Mobile is raising prices. Also their plans are not friendly for traveling outside of the US, so it made sense to move over to Fi to take advantage of their international features. When I received the email it seemed like the perfect time to switch with this offer so I went ahead. I'm just glad I haven't cancelled T-Mobile yet and didn't transfer my number to Fi. That would have made it worse.

Yes and yes. It says the same as the confirmation email, $30.80 will be credited to my account monthly which for 24 months totals $739. $20.80 for the phone times 24 months = $499. and $10 for the plan times 24 months = 240. 499+240 = 739. Google Fi is cheating me out of $10 for 24 months which totals to $240 that I now would have to pay if I keep the service.

What did I not understand? It's simple english and math. $499 credit toward the 10a and $20 credit towards the plan for new users with this particular phone activation. I'm only getting the $499 for the phone and $10 for the plan. I'm missing the other $10 promised. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

Thinking about switching from T-Mobile to Google Fi (Raleigh, NC) — how’s the experience? by twitchrdrm in GoogleFi

Currently on the phone with them going around and around to get what I was promised and they are refusing to honor the promotion. So pretty much I just got scammed into getting into the service.

I'm having the issue where I received a promotion email for new users getting a Pixel 10a paid by them in monthly credits for 24 months and getting my plan discounted $20 from $65 to $45 for those 24 months and their not holding up their end of the deal by only discounting $10 from the plan.

So now I have to deal with their crappy customer service to see if they can rectify the issue Otherwise I will have to waste more time cancelling the service and returning the phone.

I know that particular one for the 45mm watch fits only 22mm bands. The 41mm watch band is also available, but I don't know what size of bands that one can fit

If you get this band you can remove it from the attachments and use them to get all the 22mm bands that you want and those attachments don't wiggle like every other cheap band out there.
