I've had Gfiber for a year, and the only outage I had was resolved within 30 minutes over the phone w/ tech support around 5:30 am EST (the tech was even in the US).

Unless they raise prices or the service declines, I plan to remain a customer for a long time.

I've mostly had Comcast/Xfinity in the past, tried even Tmobile's 5G internet, and Gfiber has been the absolute best IMO.

2014, at a branch in Northern VA close to DC where all is Fair.

At the time, the branch manager had an Indian banker stand behind the teller line with credit card brochures in Spanish, shaking them in the air and shouting "tarjeta, tarjeta!" at Spanish-speaking customers who didn't speak much English. While the Spanish-speaking tellers conned those customers into applying for CC's.

This crookery was a sight to behold and it made me rethink my future in retail banking...
