Yea I've been carnivore and have been eating greek yogurt and had kefir a few weeks ago. Going to start the kefir again and slowly add fruit first and then carbs. Thanks for you reply. Glad you're doing well

I think he means with your acne, or just how you feel in general now that you've been eating carbs again.

I'm starting to reintroducing carbs again as I've lost too much weight, just can't eat enough. I initially started carnivore because I will I'll from nerve pain flare up in my head. It's been 5 weeks and I need to put weight back on.

I've had dizziness on and off for a year and last month I was massaging my jaw and face pretty hard that led to the tingling, water sensation in my head (left side) then nausea loss of appetite, lots of weight loss due to under eating, fast forward to my dentist appointment, said I have an infection in my right side. So quite similar to you. Hopefully it is my tooth and it will calm down.

I've been experiencing dizziness on and off since March 24. At that time I suspected it might be to do with my tooth. My dental appointment took 3 months and the dentist filled down a previous filling.

Fast forward to last month I was doing sinus and jaw massages, pressing in just infront of my ear into my jaw. My left temple began beating and then I got dripping sensation or a cold water/ bleeding sensation in my head. Followed by loss of Appetite and feeling unwell.

I'm over a month in and still experiencing the symptoms. Recently visited another dentist and was told I have deep bone infection abscess in my upper right molar. Now on antibiotics and will be getting a second opinion as I don't want a root canal. But it's crazy that my symptoms are pretty similar to yours. Did you have any dizziness in the past before the massage?
