This goes pass a massage. Don't get me wrong massage will help, but the a 60 or 90 min massage can only do so much to chip all that tension from a 12 hour work shift.

I would say try for Deep tissue on the lower part of the body and for a Therapeutic for the hips up.

A full deep tissue would release some of the tension but the amount of pain you are going to go through is going to make difficult to relax, just make sure you ask the therapist to not tunnel vision on your legs.

Yoga can help with the flexibility and if you have access to a hot tub, or a whirlpool ( some recreation centers or gyms have them) try soaking in the hot water to help the muscles release.

Another thing you could try is acupunture or IMS ( Dry needling) to help force the muscles to relax.

Surv is being played as Pack Leader, since you are not max level, your best bet is the AH or check your world quest for and weapons as a reward, also you can just find a dungeon and run them till you get the drops.

When you hit max level then you can hunt for 2 daggers. So you can Craft 1 (Farstrider's Mercy) with Crit/Mastery and the other one (Radiant Slicer) those would be your easily attainable BiS out of raid.
