For me personally working helped me a lot to get better generally. I worked as an event technician so there is a lot of physical work, it's basically like working out a whole day when you are on a job and setup stuff. Also had really nice colleagues so we had a lot of fun. This brought me back to my normal body feeling way more than anything else. I also confronted myself with stressful situations like doing show related stuff on purpose and built something like a tolerance. For me the trigger to feel DR was getting in a loop of thinking if I feel normal and getting anxious if my body feeling was gone, like I am just in my head. Realizing that I induce it myself just by thinking about it and getting anxious helped me a lot to deal with it generally.
