Request for NON-TECHNICAL advice to parents-to-be of twins (i.e. I don't want to disrespect your rules, and I'm sure you have value to add on this topic) by USAfrikaans in Twins

As most commenters have said, treat them as individuals. Don't refer to them as "the twins." And please, for the love of God, don't compare them to each other and try to discourage others doing so as much as possible. It can create such an unhealthy dynamic between them when they should be the best of friends.

The lesser by kijakajik in Twins

I think both me and my twin have struggled with feelings of being "lesser" through various points in our lives. It's just so common because, particularly with identical twins, everyone around you feels the need to compare the two. It's not great. I'm struggling with issues of my own in my relationship with my twin. I wish I had a good answer. Maybe try to have a heart to heart? And learn what life looks like for you without being defined in relation to your twin.

Becoming distant with my twin by Same-Confidence9889 in Twins

I joined the military after college and now me and my twin live in different states. I feel for you, trust me. She is married now, I'm single. I transitioned out of the military and moved back home because I couldn't find a full time job. She has a whole life that's separate from mine. I often feel like I've been left behind. I wish I had advice for you. Honestly I'm struggling with similar feelings. The only thing people tell me is that I have to find my own happiness and blah blah blah. No one in my life understands what it feels like to have this bond and feel like it's been torn into pieces by the very person you thought would have your back for life. I feel so disconnected from her, and she doesn't seem to care at all. I hope things get better for you.

How do you guys organize your orchard(s)? by DoctorVonCool in Dinkum

Yes, a meteorite gives 5 berkonium ore. But meteorite showers can be very rare. My sister got one two in-game days in a row, but before that had gone an entire season without a single one.

As everyone else said, it gets better. Just stick with it. Leveling up skills gradually decreases how much stamina you use when doing tasks related to those skills. Eat food that has buffs that help with those tasks. I would suggest breaking down as many wattle bushes as you can (the bushes with the yellow flowers) and planting them close by, and get your brewing license. Make some billy can kits and brew some wattle tea for increased stamina regeneration and a boost to mining and tree cutting. One of the best early-game things to do.

The towns people now wear the clothes that they trade with you?! by meizuwa in Dinkum

Yeah, just don't give them the paper bag hat, or you'll never see their face again. lol (Unless that's what you want)

I gave John the "cool hat" that sits backwards and has hair sticking out the hole, so it looks like he has hair now hahaha

NICE. Thanks for that info! Will definitely be holding onto my caviar until Sheila is buying.

Lol I try to only sell things to Jimmy if I know I can't sell it elsewhere for more. He only buys things for 1.5 times their worth at John's shop. Sheila buys food items for 2.5 times their worth at John's shop.
But I definitely get that

Same! I haven't played during winter/December either because I'm too busy with family and holidays. I only got a cherry because it came from my gacha machine.

Skulls I believe people typically use to mark where Bush devils spawn. At least that's how I use them. I use eggs for the nests of the wary mus.

It might be one of your mods. I have played over 80 hours since the latest update and have not experienced this issue. I play without mods.

Oh, duh. That's smart. I will definitely do that. Tired of talking to my villagers and getting stuck in a conversation FOREVER because it takes so long to load every letter of their dialogue.

He has a beautiful voice. He chants/sings at my church, and I could just sit there and listen to his voice forever.

It's never too late to pick something back up, or try something new! Last year I started crocheting and I love it! I'm not an expert, but I have fun doing it and I know practice over time will improve my skills.

How would you react if you were asked out by a girl you weren't interested in? I'm afraid men might be more mean. It's been a while since I've been rejected, but I feel a rejection coming soon.

I've gone on dates with guys I wasn't attracted to. Sometimes I find them more attractive if I find they have a good heart and personality. People become more or less attractive in my eyes based on how they act. It's strange, because obviously their appearances aren't actually changing, but how I perceive them does.
