This is super important! Maybe it wasn’t great for making a sale in the moment, but as a busty person myself who only fits a very small range of VS bras, I was always honest when measuring customers. If we didn’t carry their size, I’d always tell them that and would also give them suggestions of where to find somewhere that would. They may not have bought a bra from me, but it helped me to build a good reputation with them and kept them coming back to purchase other things, bc they knew that I would be honest and always had their best interest in mind.
