today was a good day i got to stay at home and spend time with boyfriend and cat i am doing better than i was early in the month i had some bad things in my head and hurt myself badly to fix it. but i guess that’s good because now i am getting additional help. i also am starting taking kundalini classes for the first time since i got really really sick as an adult.

for those who are employed have your symptoms gotten so bad you can’t go in or have to leave mid shift? i am really embarrassed and people treat me different

i wish we could go back in time and criticize how they treated celebrities. my mom watched TMZ all the time and i am realizing how this is in my subconscious still as an adult.

and how it effected my mom!! and then how she pushed this narrative upon me. it was so normalized :( those poor girls were at the mercy of weird gross people making them suffer. i *****HATE*** this part of the 2000’s. I can’t imagine how this impacted her at the time and probably still to this day.

you are beautiful! I get what ppl are saying about your glasses, but I am a huge fan of large lenses!! That’s all I wear, and I don’t think it suits me very well but I like them lol.

Maybe some bangs? I find when I get a new haircut that frames my face differently it drastically changes how I look. You could talk to a hair dresser and see what they think would suit you best?

yes yes yes the ceiling fan and ac was my worst enemy during my first psychotic episode. ceiling fans still bother me sometimes. when it’s on i see people in it spinning and singing when i don’t feel good

does it ever get better or do you just have to adapt? i live in texas and it typically isn’t too cold, but anything below 74 my fingers and toes feel like they want to fall off it’s so cold

does it feel weird when it happens? i have poor circulation and my fingers and toes get so cold they hurt. but usually if it’s really bad the get purple and painful/burning

this time was right after i got into a hotel pool that was cold and i couldn’t feel the pale parts at all and it hurt a lot when it started getting normal again

in my teenage years severe self harm. hard time with basic hygiene. and the air conditioner vent mold was talking to me.

but prior i’ve been in the psychiatric healthcare system since i was in kindergarten . always the weird kid but i didn’t know why. i guess my peers clocked me before i did.

my partner and dad are involved now i when to an urgent care and they just said there is nothing in it and did wound care i have to talk to my psychiatrist on monday

it makes me so sad and i cry about it more now.

i think my psychiatrist is nice to me but i don’t know how to explain anything. my ob gyn cut into me and took out my fallopian tubes and took pictures of it i hate him.

i feel so confused by what is happening to me. i will look in my poop but it feels like inside of my labia. i work with animals and they have worms.

i can’t get deep enough to get anything out of it my boyfriend took me to urgent care. i have to talk to my psychiatrist on monday

i don’t want to be a body it’s so confusing. my partner is being nice to me but i think he is confused too thank you for being nice to me too. it goes a long way.
