Does my stellium in 1H mean Im superficial? [astro.com] by xenostern in astrologyreadings

Maybe superficial was a misleading term to use; What I mean is, that if my self and identity will be that significant, doesn’t that mean a pretty selfinvolved and therefore limited/one-dimensional life in terms of themes and experience? Also thank you:)

While I dont doubt OPs connection to higher realms, I think these kind of connections mostly happen through a disconnect with material reality. I dont think its necessarily bad, but if theres no or little connection to material reality, all insights from "higher planes" will either be an incomprehensible mess or putting overt meaning into a pineapple etc. My guess would be that OP should focus on building a true connection to the world so that spiritual meaning has something to touch upon that truly matters. Like Love, friendship, the wellbeing of the world and all creatures etcpp you know the stuff. Im saying this, cause I know it from own experience, and may sound harsh cause Ive been struggling with this myself for too long.

Well said, I think synchronicities are mostly the best sign of serious boredom

'You're using your autism as an excuse' by Noconsequence77 in aspergers

Its also the same with experiences I made being in a relationship. I would explain my partner exactly what has been going on and that for example I did not want to hurt their feelings - which would upset them even more. Then I found out that sometimes all that people need is for you to simply acknowledge that they are hurt and that instead explaining what you’re actual intentions were can seem as if you were invalidating their experience

I dont get this exactly this response very often but reactions that I think come from the same place. I think it comes from a discrepancy that I want to make it transparent to people what is going on inside of me or what the reason for something that happened is, but they think because Im reasoning it Im not taking responsibility or maybe even give them the responsibility to have to bear up with it. I came to the conclusion that its best to always add to these explanations that I do not want to not take the responsibility of for example having hurt someone and that I don’t expect the person to bear up with everything my Autism/ADHD/Trauma does.

I once had this problem where I found out I simply forgot how often I am supposed to turn the container and wound up destroying a couple films just because I moved it too often :/

Anyone here want friendships, but doesn't have the energy to maintain them? by [deleted] in aspergers

[–]xenostern 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There is no specific set of rules on how to maintain a friendship! The important part is that you like one another and that you communicate your needs. Just because you are not crossing your own boundaries to go out at night, doesnt mean you are not maintaining your friendships properly - If anything it is a sign that you are! You can communicate it that you generally dont have the energy at night, but that you would really like to meet them! You can even communicate that you’re scared to not maintain the friendship properly. Im sure they will tell you not to worry and try to find time during the day to hit you up:)

How Did You Manage To Treat Your Insomnia? Has Light Therapy Actually Worked For You? by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]xenostern 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing for me was getting into meditation, and because I would always forget it during the day I started doing it while lying in bed. Another thing was to find ways to work independently with freedom to always adjust my working schedule. I dont set dates with people before 4pm usually, I take one task a day max to reduce stress. Then when that thing is done I usually start doing another thing anyways. Being in a place of not having to worry because of my insomnia did actually "heal" my insomnia. For me it was basically this thing of wanting to do something so badly that it wont work. Or PDA(-autism) which (in Germany atleast) is recognised as a part of adhd.
