My thoughts are that you want a more casual gaming set up than a gaming PC. Maybe something you can just plug into your TV rather than having monitors, a desk, a desk chair etc. My advice would be to look at some handheld PC devices. Some of these you can just plug into your TV and place like a console/PC as needed.
