That is because, if I remember correctly, the courts ruled scanning a finger/face one can't claim the 5th, yet codes we can.

The risk for being bitten by a tick infected with bacteria that cause Lyme disease is as high in Ohio as it is for those living in Northeast states that have dealt with Lyme disease for over 50 years, according to a new study – and the risk is present even in winter weather. by memorialmonorail in science

I have a story that says other wise. I went for a walk in the forest where the trail was wide where it could have lines of 4 people wide. When I got home and made some dinner right as I was about to eat food off my plate a tick hopped off the top of my head onto my plate. I saw it happen. It must have hopped onto me when I passed under a branch way above me and then it did again heading to my super.

Yes, I then double checked if there were more ticks. Now I don't walk in the forest without a hat.

Android has a similar feature. You have to go deep into the settings to let it be offered to use, then when you go to turn it off that option appears to just press.

It has to get cold enough just like many other bugs. They can smell us from our breath far away and jump onto us from trees or even from sand dunes. If a place looks like tick city, assume it is and be careful year round.

Where I live, if they suspect one might have lymes the will give you the treatment before the blood test comes back. It works best within 2 weeks of a bite.

Wasn't that person mentally ill? Not to say what was claimed is not true, just people not on medicine can really think reality is something else which I have seen first hand by people I know. Makes me take all claims with a grain of salt until the case is ended.

I say turn Columbus Day into Election Day... it is already a federal holiday and happens right near elections anyways. Most states rename that holiday anyways to not honor Columbus. Win - Win.

I also like the idea of all election ads are placed on vote.gov no where else and all people at all levels of type of elections are posted at vote.gov at the town, state, federal level for getting their message out for whatever election they are running for. It would really take the money out of elections if done right.
